An Austin man who was driving a sport-utility vehicle when it crashed on Interstate 35 in March, killing one person, has been charged with intoxication manslaughter, police records show.
Jesus Martin Gonzalez-Mendez, 21, has not been arrested, court records show.
One person was killed. 3 others were injured.
