Austin Texas personal injury - wrongful death--Travis County, Texas:
Anthony Rellin was died as a result of injuries he received in a car wreck in South Austin last week. Anthony Rellin, a 24 year old man, was driving a 2002 Kymco south on South Lamar Boulevard at Ben White Boulevard when the driver of a 2009 blue Honda Civic traveling west on the Ben White service road ran a red light. The Civic struck the moped at about 1:22 a.m. Rellin was taken to University Medical Center at Brackenridge, where he died Saturday.
A Police Department spokeswoman said that no charges have been filed and that the case has been turned over the district attorney's office.
